Easter FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):
Q: Has my order been shipped yet?
A: If you’ve received a “Your Order Is Now Complete” email, your goods have been picked up by the courier and are on their way! All orders received prior to 1pm AEST on April 9 have now been dispatched.
Q: I chose a Tracked Shipping option. Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?
A: Due to a new system used by Australia Post, the first update you will generally receive comes when the package enters the destination country. If you haven’t received this yet, your order is either still on its way, or has arrived but is yet to be scanned.
Q: Can you send my Tracking Number through manually?
A: We sure can. Please let us know if you would like for us to do this, and we will send it through on Tuesday.
Q: I am sending with Economy (Untracked). Is there a way to still get a tracking number?
A: Unfortunately all Economy orders aren’t tracked, so even if we wanted to we can’t provide tracking details for these orders.
Q: Why is my order taking longer than expected to arrive?
A: This is likely due to COVID-19 delays, which we have no control over. Please see the following link for country-specific updates: https://bit.ly/2JQNFeX
Q: Will you still be sending orders out over the Easter weekend?
A: All international mail courier services are closed over the long weekend, meaning the next day we’ll be sending out orders will be Tuesday 14th April.
