Cooking Instructions:
1. Coat chicken pieces with flour and then in beaten egg.
2. Coat chicken pieces with msaterFoods Schnitzel Mix.
3. Heat oil in pan to medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden in colour and cooked through.
4. Serve with potatoes and vegetables or salad.
Try with beef or veal for another tasty meal.
