What You’ll Need:
Canola Oil Spray
500 g lean Chicken Breast, sliced
300 g Snow Peas, trimmed
3 Carrots (300 g), peeled & sliced
2 Red Capsicum (400 g), deseeded & sliced
2 tbsp Reduced Salt Soy Sauce (30 mL)

1 cup dry Brown Rice
How To Cook:
1. Heat wok on medium heat, spray with oil and cook chicken until browned.
2. Add veggies and cook until soft.
3. Add soy sauce and Recipe Base, stir through and simmer for 5 minutes.
